Logan Martin Lake Front Communities

We have four major Logan Martin Lake New Home Communities in and around the Lincoln, Alabama and the Pell city, Alabama area.

Logan Martin Lake

which is located in Alabama about 30-45 minutes from Birmingham, Alabama on the Coosa River and just about hour and half from Atlanta, GA . This roughfly 18,000 acre Coosa River reservoir was built in the ladder part  of 1965 by Alabama Power Company. Logan Martin lake, has been nicknamed by Locals "Lake of a Thousand Coves" and has approximately 275+/- miles of shoreline along its roughly 48.5 mile long length the lake lies between Logan Martin Dam on the south and Neely Henry Dam on the north. The depth of the lake is up to 110 feet with only four to five feet average water level variance. 

Horizons on Logan Martin Lake
